Are you an official airport service?

Yes, we are the official authorized service. Unlike other transfers, we have permission to enter the restricted baggage claim area (airside) and assist you directly from the carousel.

How do I recognize my assistant?

It's very easy. Your assistant will be wearing the official AirportPorter uniform and will be holding a sign with your name so you can identify us instantly.

Where do we meet for DEPARTURES?

When booking, you can choose the spot that suits you best: Express Parking (right outside Departures), General Parking, or the Bus Stop.

🧳 Luggage

What is considered "special luggage"?

We include in this category: golf clubs, bicycles (boxed), wheelchairs, and pets in their carriers. If you are traveling with something different, please ask us.

Is there a weight limit per bag?

Yes. Due to health and safety regulations regarding load handling, the maximum permitted weight per bag is 32 kg.

📅 Booking & Payment

Can I book last minute (less than 24h)?

The web system closes bookings 24 hours in advance. If you need urgent service, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email and we will check immediate availability.

Do I need to tip the assistant?

No, the price is fixed and all-inclusive. Tipping is not necessary, although if you are very satisfied, it is entirely at your discretion.

What if my flight is delayed?

Don't worry. We monitor your flight number and automatically adjust the meeting time at no extra cost.
