✈️ Arrivals: From Carousel to Car
We are the only service authorized to enter the restricted baggage claim area.

1. Pre-Book Online
Book at least 24 hours in advance. Provide your flight number so we can track your landing time. -
2. Meet Inside
Your assistant will be waiting right at the baggage carousel holding a sign with your name. You won't have to lift a single bag. -
3. VIP Transfer
We carry your suitcases, strollers, or golf clubs directly to your car in the parking lot, taxi rank, or bus stop.
🛫 Departures: From Curb to Check-in
Forget the stress of arriving at the airport with heavy bags. We greet you the moment you arrive.

1. Meeting Point
Choose your meeting spot when booking: Express Parking (Departures curb), General Parking, or Bus Station. -
2. Greet & Load
We meet you at the agreed time. We unload your luggage from your vehicle and load it onto our carts. -
3. To Check-in
We accompany you to your airline's check-in counter and help you place the bags on the scale.
What Happens After Booking?

You will receive an email with your booking summary, order number, and a link to modify it if needed.
📱 Direct Contact
On the day of service, you'll have your assistant's name and phone number. We track your flight for delays.
