1. SERVICE PROVIDER IDENTIFICATION

The luggage assistance service "AirportPorter" (hereinafter, the "Service") is provided by Precintados Alicante 21 SL, with VAT number B54984869, registered address at Calle Xenna, 21, 03590, Altea, Alicante, and contact email info@airportporter.es (hereinafter, the "Provider" or "AirportPorter").

2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

2.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "T&C") govern the contractual relationship between the Provider and any individual or legal entity contracting the Service (hereinafter, the "Client").

2.2. The Service is provided exclusively within the facilities of Alicante-Elche Miguel Hernández Airport (ALC).

2.3. Contracting the Service implies full and unreserved acceptance by the Client of each and every clause contained in these T&C, as well as the Privacy Policy of the website.

3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

3.1. The Service consists of personalized assistance for the Client’s luggage transportation within the airport facilities, depending on the contracted modality:

3.2. The Service is accompanied assistance. The Client must remain with the assistant during the luggage transfer.

4. BOOKING AND CONTRACTING PROCESS

4.1. The Service is contracted through the website by completing the booking form.

4.2. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. Errors in the information may result in the inability to provide the Service, without the right to a refund.

4.3. The booking is confirmed once full payment of the Service has been made and the confirmation email has been received.

5. FEES AND PAYMENT

5.1. The applicable fees are those published on the website and include VAT.

5.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking by card through the secure Redsys payment platform.

5.3. Night Surcharge: Services between 21:00 and 06:00 will incur a €45 surcharge.

5.4. Additional Luggage: In packages that allow it, additional pieces may be added at a cost of €15 per unit.

6. MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY

6.1. Cancellations by the Client: If requested more than 24 hours in advance, the full amount will be refunded. With less than 24 hours’ notice, no refund will be given.

6.2. Modifications by the Client: Must be communicated at least 12 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

7. SERVICE EXECUTION AND PUNCTUALITY

7.1. Flight Monitoring: The Provider will monitor the indicated flight and adjust the meeting time at no extra cost in case of delays.

7.2. Waiting Time and "No-Show": The assistant will wait a maximum of 60 minutes at arrivals (from landing) and 15 minutes at departures (from the agreed time). After this period without contact, the service will be considered completed without the right to a refund.

8. LUGGAGE SPECIFICATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

8.1. Weight Limit: The maximum weight per piece is 32 kg.

8.2. Luggage Content: The Client guarantees that their luggage does not contain illegal, dangerous, or prohibited items.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1. The Provider’s maximum liability for any incident (damage or loss) is limited to a maximum of €200 per booking.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These T&C are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Alicante.
