Meeting and service
AirportPorter provides service at the authorized points in each operating airport. For arrivals, baggage claim assistance is available when airport operations allow it.
Your porter will wear the AirportPorter uniform and hold a sign with your name so you can identify us quickly.
When booking, choose the spot that works best for you: Express Parking near departures, General Parking, or the bus stop.
Luggage
This includes golf clubs, boxed bicycles, wheelchairs, pets in carriers, and similar bulky items. If you are traveling with something different, just ask us.
Yes. For safe handling, each bag or item can weigh up to 32 kg.
Booking and payment
Online booking closes 24 hours before service. For urgent requests, contact us by WhatsApp or email and we will check availability.
No. Pricing is fixed and all-inclusive. Tips are optional and never required.
We monitor your flight number and adjust the meeting time when arrival delays happen, at no extra cost.
